Claim Submission Process: To submit a claim, you must contact Furstays!™ customer support within 24 hours of booking and provide: Proof of the lower price (e.g., a screenshot or direct link to the competing offer). Payment methods accepted for remaining balance may vary by property, and it is the responsibility of the guest to confirm acceptable payment methods in advance.
